4′ x 8′  Living Grow Beds

We have manufactured an idea from Epcot Center in Orlando, Florida on how to turn our 4×8’ living grow beds into an intensive grow system that is awesome.

We have developed a frame that can be used to tie up your tomatoes and cause them to grow four feet above the bed. Once you train your tomatoes to grow like this you can add up to ten partial shade crops in the bed beneath.

Simply plant them in the bed around the tomato plants which have had their stalks stripped of their lower leaves. A 4×8’ bed can have tomatoes, radishes, pole beans, and many more all growing in the same bed. Also, we have developed this frame to be easily removable so you can place a chicken tractor on top of the bed when you need to refresh the soil.

Our Intensive Grow Systems can do even more than this! The same frame can be used or made half the size, then covered with plastic which will allow you to start your crops earlier in the spring and go longer into the season.
