By posting to this site, you agree that your entry becomes the property of Aquaponics and Earth Sustainable Living and is subject to review before posting. Name and images may be deleted prior to final posting for privacy purposes. We shall have the sole discretion to edit for grammatical purposes, condense, and use content in further publications without notification or compensation to you.

What kind of information do We collect from visitors?

We only collect Personal Information that You submit to Us, including but not limited to personal data (i.e., Your name, mailing address, e-mail address, title, organization, and information supplied by You voluntarily to Us); for example, when You join our list, contribute financially or request some of AESL materials. This information is kept in privacy and NOT shared with any third party.

Use of Personal Information

We do not provide specific Personal Information to third parties. However, We may share aggregate, non-identifiable information (i.e., the number of users who have visited the Site on a specific day). We may match aggregated user information with third-party data. Also, We may disclose aggregated user statistics in order to describe our services to potential advertisers, partners, and other third parties, and for other lawful purposes.

It should be noted, however, that this Privacy Policy only addresses the use and dissemination of information that We collect from You. To the extent that You disclose any information to other parties, through other websites on the Internet linked to the Site, different policies may apply. Since We do not control the privacy policies of third parties, You are subject to the privacy customs and policies, if any, of that third party, and We shall not be responsible for the use or dissemination of Your Personal Information by that third party. Therefore, We encourage You to ask questions before You disclose Your Personal Information to others. Also for instance if you make a post and put your personal e-mail address on for all to see. If AESL admin allows this to be seen we have no control over this since you openely summitted on our blog. It’s an open advertisement for people to contact you outside of AESL and we have no control over this.

Third-Party Hosting

We contract with one or more third parties to maintain and host the Site. Therefore, any information You submit, including Personal Information, shall be placed and stored on a computer server maintained by this third party. These vendors only host our service and don’t have direct acces to your personal information intrusted to AESL.

Selling Mail Lists and Personal Information

AESL does NOT sell or will not sell, in the future, the names of donors, clients or those who sign up for any and all courses, mail lists or anything connected to any persoanl informaiton you put on our site. This is our promise to You!

Removal

Should You not want Us to send You e-mail or postal mail about our products and services, You can have Your name removed from our database. You can do this by sending an e-mail to Us at the following address: customers@aquaponicsandearth.org.

Security
